Design: According to the needs of customers and the conditions of the site, design the appropriate style, structure, materials and dimensions of park chairs

 

Production: According to the design drawings, select the appropriate raw materials, such as steel, wood, cast iron, etc., and carry out cutting, welding, grinding and other processes to make each part of the seat.

 

Surface treatment: In order to improve the durability and aesthetics of the seat, the surface of the seat is treated with anti-corrosion, spraying, drying and so on.

 

Assemble: The individual parts of the seat are assembled according to the design drawings, and inspected and debugged.

 

Wrap: Pack the assembled seats and apply labels and instructions.

 

Transportation: Ship the packed seats to the designated location, install and use.
